A rapid green synthesis of silver nanoparticles using Ziziphus zizyphus leaves extract

Green chemistry and chemical processes are progressively integrating with modern developments in science and industry to reduce the generated hazardous wastes. Accordingly, the current increasing demand of silver nanoparticles that are known for their various applications could be met from plants, instead of unsafe chemical reduction methods. Silver nanoparticles preparation by green synthesis has many advantages over conventional methods that involve chemical agents associated with environmental toxicity. Hence, this study provides the readers an environment-friendly idea for the production of silver nanoparticles by using the leaves extract of Ziziphus zizyphus with interesting methodologies.
